About these terms

These terms apply when you hire KwockWorks. They explain what you get, what it costs and when you get your money back.

The free analysis

The free analysis costs nothing and comes with no obligation. I look at how your business shows up on Google today, how it compares with the businesses ranking above you, and what it would take to reach the top 3.

I’ll tell you straight up if your market is too competitive or if something would stop me from ranking you.

What you get

I work to get your business into the top 3 on Google for a search we agree on before I start. Agreeing by email is fine.

It takes about 30 minutes of your time in total. That’s mostly one onboarding call where I get access to your Google Business Profile and learn about your business. After that I handle the work. You don’t need to touch anything or learn anything technical.

Price

$200, paid once. There are no monthly fees and no recurring charges.

Top 3 guarantee and refund

If your business isn’t in the top 3 on Google for the agreed search within 90 days, email brandonkwock15@gmail.com. I’ll refund the full $200 within 48 hours. No forms and no hassle.

The 90 days start on the day I get access to your Google Business Profile.

For local searches, “top 3” means your business appears among the top 3 listings in Google’s local map results. Google results can vary a little by person and location, so I check from your service area.

If I think your search is too competitive to reach the top 3, I’ll tell you before you pay. I won’t take your money if I can’t deliver.

What I need from you

A real business with a physical service area
Access to your Google Business Profile, and accurate information about your business

If I can’t get access, the 90 days can’t start.

What I can’t promise

Google decides rankings, not me. A top 3 spot makes it much more likely that customers find you, but I can’t promise a specific number of calls, customers or revenue.

Changes to these terms

I may update these terms. The version in place when you hire me applies to your job.
